モバイルFeliCa RF性能検定 / Mobile FeliCa RF Performance Certification
本検定は、“おサイフケータイ”と称するサービスに対応した「モバイル製品」及び“おサイフケータイ”以外で、FeliCa の共通領域サービスに対応する機能を有する「モバイル製品」を対象としています。 本検定の内容は、モバイルFeliCa技術連絡会によって定められたものです。
This certification is intended for mobile products in which FeliCa IC is embedded. “FeliCa IC” shall mean IC chips for Mobile Product that is certified by FeliCa Networks. The content of this certification is determined by the Mobile FeliCa Technical committee.

検定の構成
本検定は、基本性能試験、実端末試験、並びに基本シーケンス試験から構成されています。
基本性能試験は、受検製品が一定レベルの通信性能を満たしていることを確認する試験です。
実端末試験は、特定のサービスに求められる通信性能を確認します。
基本シーケンス試験は、基本シーケンス処理機能を確認します。
全ての試験項目の基準を満たした場合に検定合格となります。
- 基本性能試験
電気的特性をベースとした試験 (代替手段を含む) - 実端末試験
市場で実際に使われている端末との試験 - 基本シーケンス試験試験（RW、モバイル)
通信プロトコル、シーケンスを確認する試験
Composition of the Certification
The certification test consists of multiple parts: a basic performance test, a performance test with an actual terminal and basic sequence test.
The basic performance test aims to ensure that the product under test has a certain level of communication performance.
The interoperability test aims to minimize fatal communication failures of the tested product under general usage conditions.
The basic sequence test checks basic sequence processing functions.
A product passes the certification test when it meets the criteria for all test items.

Teasting based on electrical caharacteristics. (includes alternative methods) - Interoperability test
Testing with terminals actually in use on the market. - Basic Sequence test (for RW and Mobile)
Tests to verify communication protocols and sequences.
